Refund policy
Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail.
We hope each piece brings a touch of joy to its new owner.
Requests to return unused items with the original tag intact should be made by email within 14 days of receipt.
Goods should then be returned within a further 14 days after confirmation.
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once the security tag has been removed or the item has been worn, unless it arrives faulty or damaged.
Custom-made or personalised pieces are also non-returnable.
All returns should be confirmed in advance and sent in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is to be arranged and covered by the customer, and any shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
If the order originally qualified for complimentary delivery and the final total falls below that threshold after a return, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and checked.
