Dispatch
All orders are prepared and dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
Each piece is handmade and carefully checked before shipping.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email and tracking number are sent once the parcel is on its way.

All orders are shipped using tracked and signed services to ensure secure arrival.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination or local customs clearance.
Courier services may occasionally vary depending on destination or local conditions.

Customers who qualify for free standard tracked delivery may still select DHL Express at checkout at the full DHL rate if a faster service is preferred.
Free Shipping
Complimentary standard tracked delivery is offered for qualifying orders:
- Over £200 (UK, EU and International)
The free-shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout.
If a return results in an order total below this threshold, the value of the original delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any import fees are collected by the local customs office upon delivery.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, related shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail.
We hope each piece brings a touch of joy to its new owner.
Requests to return unused items with the original tag intact should be made by email within 14 days of receipt.
Goods should then be returned within a further 14 days after confirmation.
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once the security tag has been removed or the item has been worn, unless it arrives faulty or damaged.
Custom-made or personalised pieces are also non-returnable.
All returns should be confirmed in advance and sent in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is to be arranged and covered by the customer, and any shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
If the order originally qualified for complimentary delivery and the final total falls below that threshold after a return, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and checked.
Loss or Delay
All shipments include tracking for peace of mind.
In the unlikely event of delay or loss in transit, assistance will be provided to trace and resolve the matter directly with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with the carrier’s compensation procedures.
Royal Mail and DHL services both include value coverage suitable for the price of each piece.
Tax & Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
Nicole Ho Consultancy is not VAT-registered; therefore, VAT is not charged or itemised separately.
For international customers, local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.
Final Terms
Nicole Ho Consultancy reserves the right to make the final decision in cases of dispute or exceptional circumstances.
